Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz endorsed Hillary Clinton’s presidential bid on Wednesday, presenting only one clear choice to occupy the White House. “I think it’s obvious Hillary Clinton needs to be the next president,” Schultz told CNN.
Really big election news coming out of Seattle. Trump has been getting crushed by college-educated white women, SPECIFICALLY the 21-23 year old northeastern liberal arts female pumpkin spice latte demographic. With Schultz’s endorsement you may as well write off that key demographic for Trump going into November. The Starbucks™ Woman has become an increasingly important demographic since 2008 when Obama narrowly beat out Romney to win the demographic 47-45 (a notoriously independent demographic, Starbucks™ Women actually went 8% for Bill Barr, up from 4% from the Constitution candidate in 2004). Schultz is now being mentioned as a dark horse pick for Education Secretary but conservatives are guaranteed to go after his notoriously bad track record on spelling.
